About Avigad Feldman, PMHNP-CRNP

At Right Path Psychiatry, we believe that true mental wellness comes from caring for the mind, body, and spirit. Our founder, Avigad Feldman, is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-CRNP) with over a decade of experience in primary care, psychiatric care, and telehealth. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, and is currently accepting new patients in Pennsylvania.
Avigad earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern University School of Nursing in 2007, where she developed a holistic, whole-person approach to care. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Walden University, gaining advanced training in psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management.
Avigad’s approach is holistic and patient centered. She integrates evidence-based psychiatric care to help patients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, trauma-informed concerns, addiction, and life transitions. Every treatment plan is individualized, incorporating lifestyle guidance, stress regulation, and personal values so patients feel empowered, supported, and heard.
Throughout her career, Avigad has worked in diverse clinical settings—including primary care practices, specialty centers, telehealth platforms, and chronic care management programs—developing a deep understanding of complex medical and mental health needs. She also mentors students, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
When you work with Avigad, you’re not just receiving psychiatric care—you’re gaining a trusted partner dedicated to supporting your path toward balance, clarity, and lasting wellness.
